About Me

I have journeyed many paths that have woven multiple forms of coaching, counseling and mentoring together. Working in the worlds of recovery, education and spirituality have all aligned with my purpose of helping people help themselves.

In 1993, I founded a nonprofit that works with our homeless community on skid row in downtown Los Angeles. I have created and led theater classes for individuals 12 and over with intellectual disabilities. I am a champion for the arts as a board member of Friends of Torrance Theater Co.

I am many things, including a wife, mother, step-mother, professional, student, friend, fun seeker, truth warrior, activist, and dog lover.

My life experiences and training have made me a dedicated and enthusiastic partner for those seeking purpose, peace and balance.

I assist people with blending making a living with making a life.

As your self-care coach, I can be your partner in finding the path to attaining your goals while uncovering your inner peace and joy.

You can find freedom from doubt, step into your true self and create a life aligned with your values and desires.

We can do this together. I believe in YOU and look forward to joining you in this journey.
